Block Exemption
European law, known as “Block Exemption”, changed in 2003, which means that Independent Garages like Pro-Tune can carry out all servicing work without making your warranty invalid.
A service with Pro-Tune is your protection because we use genuine parts which are of “Original Equipment” (OE) quality standard or parts that are approved to the manufactures quality standard .
Your service book will be stamped on every service, when provided. For Mazda servicing we record every Mazda service on Mazda’s own web site to keep all record up to date. This is only possible with the later Mazda cars.
The descriptions we provide of our servicing are just a guide of what we do and will vary depending on the Manufacturer service schedule; some additional items may be required to comply with your warranty. However, we always provide a complete quote before any additional work is carried out.
If you only require us to do an industry standard service and not the manufactures stated service then we can do this. We always work form your instructions to us.
